This is the first album released in 1987 by Denis Badault, a French pianist who has played on Nato's albums likes "Triple Object Creatif de Conssomation Auditive" and "Concert NATO". The album features a piano trio with Yves Torchinsky (b) and Francois Verly (ds, per), and Badault plays Yamaha DX7, Roland JX8P and AKAI samplers. This is a mature work with an urbane appearance and a sound that is full of the transparency of French contemporary jazz of this era. A2 and B2, which weave beautiful melodies with soft pads of synthesizer, are similar to ECM works of this era. It is very pleasant.
A2: Deux Heures Moins VingtA3: Frissons De Lune
B2: Sur Les Marches De La Piscine
