This album was released in 1978 by the Swedish jazz-rock band Egba, featuring Ralph Lundsten on thunderstorms and Ahmadu Jarr on congas. This is a great album of danceable Latin fusion jazz-rock, with a refined Nordic sound and a pleasant percussive beat. The bouncing electric piano, horn section and cutting edge guitars are contrasted by the drums and bass, which are unusually fat and low for European jazz. The swirling keyboards at the tail end add to the deep atmosphere.
