This is the 2nd album released in 1977 by the prominent British female singer Elkie Brooks, who continues to be active in the forefront. While her 1979 release "Live and Learn," featuring emotional disco tracks, is popular at our store, this album also offers fantastic content. Particularly noteworthy is track A1, which prominently features blues. With the soft chords of the Fender Rhodes, Elkie Brooks' expressive husky vocals create an urban atmosphere in this blues-rock tune. Additionally, the album offers a variety of enjoyable tracks, including songs incorporating reggae and funk rhythms and beautiful ballads. It's a delightful album to savor throughout, complemented by charming artwork.
A1: Love Potion No.9
