A conceptual art piece released in 1983 by Elliott Sharp, an experimental music prodigy from New York, USA. Turntablist Christian Marclay participated. Drop the needle on the record and you will hear the design of Marie Pilar's artwork depicting a corner of New York City. side A features Elliott Sharp's noisy guitar stirring up crazy sounds, on side B, drums/percussion by Rick Brown and Charles K. Noyes, trumpet by Lesli Dalaba, and Christian Marclay's turntable spilled out a variety of sounds that were completely inconsistent and disjointed, making it sound as if some neighborhood music lover had started playing badly. The sound floods in, reminding one of the noises and noises that abound in everyday urban life, such as the construction work that rumbles and clangs. The recording is also very interesting, and the sound quality is such that you can really hear it outside the window or through the walls. It is exactly what the title says: "(t)here".
