This is an album of Brazilian folk music by Ensemble Amaro De Souza, released in 1973 from Arion, a French label founded by Ariane Segal in 1967, which released many series of classical and folk music. This is the Japanese version, supervised by folklorist Fumio Koizumi and with commentary by Toyo Nakamura. Capoeira, samba, batucada, flavos, bayon, shashade, maracatu, etc. You can enjoy the various rhythms and various folk percussion instruments of Brazilian music, which developed uniquely from Africa to the South American continent. The recording is also quite good, showing the roots of MPB and other Brazilian music, but A1 and B4 sound very modern and groovy.
A1: Capoeira Na Vila
B4: a Coroa Do Rei
