Faton Bloom, a one-off jazz-rock group formed by Francois "Faton" Cahen, a keyboardist who worked with Zao and Univeria Zekt, and Didier Malherbe, a lead player who worked with Clearlight and Gong. This is the only album of them released in 1986. The album features urban fusion with an electric touch throughout, including the ethnic crossover A4, which grooves coolly with earthy flutes and electric violins with an exotic flavor, the wet and glittering tone of keyboards and percussion ensembles, and the tropical and tropical A5, which features a jazz-rock band. B3, a tropical ensemble of wet and sparkling keyboards and percussion, is highly recommended.
