This album was released in 1976 by Grupo Aymara, a Bolivian group consisting of Clarken Orozco, Hector Gutierrez, Jose Montano, and Salomon Callejas. The album is a neo-folklore album based on Andean folk music of the pre-Columbian period and incorporating modern elements, with instruments localized on the left, right, and center, and unique natural effects. It has a psychedelic atmosphere. It has something in common with Mexico's Antonio Zepeda. The photos of the band members on the back of the jacket show them to be very young and perhaps baptized in rock and other western music.
