This is the second album released in 1989 by International Noise Orchestra, a group from Berlin, Germany, formed in 1984 by Ulrich Hornberg and Wolfgang Sperner. Featuring African and Indian vocalists and incorporating elements of world music, the album presents left-field new wave with danceable rhythm sections and the use of distorted sounds and synthesizers. It includes many tracks that function as obscure dance tunes.
