Jipe Swiss, singer of L'Orchestre Victoria Eleison, a Congolese group formed in 1982 by members of Papa Wemba's Viva La Musica, released his solo album in 1987. This album was released in 1987. Kester Emeneya, the leader of the group, apparently did not participate in this album. But, Jipe Swiss's vocals is pleasantly good with the performance by L’Orchestre Victoria Eleison.
