Ketama is a Spanish flamenco quartet consisting of Jose Soto (vo,g), Juan Carmona (g) and Antonio Carmona (vo,per). This album was released in 1987 in the UK, and features guitarist Carles Benavent, who recorded the excellent "Dos De Copas" with Joan Albert Amargos in 1985. Ketama's neo-flamenco sound is very modern with the addition of electric guitar, electric bass, piano, flute, synthesizers and drum machines to the traditional flamenco composition of Spanish guitar and vocals. You can also hear a fast bass like Jaco Pastorius around B1.
