Solo album by Pat Metheny Group's keyboardist Lyle Mays, released in 1986, featuring Nana Vasconcelos (perc), Marc Johnson (b), Bill Friesel (g), Billy Drewes (as,ss), Alejandro N. Acuna (ds) and other musicians associated with the Pat Metheny Group and ECM. Pat Metheny serves as executive producer. The album features a number of tracks with a deep, three-dimensional sound and spectacular landscapes, including A2, where soft percussion and electric guitars float over synths reminiscent of the vastness of the earth.
There is some damage to the outer 1/3rd edge of the B-side, but this does not affect playback.
