This is an album by Michel Rafa, a singer from the Democratic Republic of Congo in Central Africa, and an African chorus group, le Ballet Theatre Lemba. With a total of 14 vocalists/chorus members and 4 tam-tam percussionists, the album features a rhythmic percussion beat and chants reminiscent of the famous song "Jin-Go-Lo-Ba" by Olatunji, a Nigerian percussionist who was active worldwide. This is a nice piece of traditional Congolese music that is full of energy.
