Heart to Heart
Storyville Records (Denmark) 1986
SLP 4114 (LP) Original pressing. DMM. w/company's inner sleeve.
sleeve : EX-(TEOC, wear on edge and corner.)
media : EX-/EX-(some slightly surface noises caused by slightly hairlines.)

This was introduced in the first edition of the guidebook "obscure sound". This is a trio album released in 1986 by a trio of Denmark's most cutting-edge jazz musicians: trumpeter Palle Mikkerlborg, keyboardist Kenneth Knudsen, whose 1985 masterpiece "Knudsen Variations" was also featured in "obscure sound revised edition", and bassist Neils-Henning Orsted Pederson. All of the tracks are excellent, but there are also a few that stand out, such as "November," from Peter Herbolzheimer's masterpiece "I Hear Voice," with its trippy synthesizer sound effects and soft flugelhorn sounds floating in a deep, foggy space, and "Tornado," from Jasper Van't Hof's A2/A4 is a fantastic deep atmospherical jazz piece that is comparable to "Twilight Music" by Jasper Van't Hof's project Apocalypso, and B2 is a wonderful piece of music with mute trumpet, synthesizer, and electric bass. This is the original Danish pressing with DMM specification.
