Amayana (Germany) 1975
A 4502 (LP) coated sleeve.
sleeve : EX-(some light color-faded.)
media : EX/EX(some slightly noises.)
The only album left in 1975 by the one-off group Music Community, centered around Swiss drummer Alex Bally, who also played in Hans Koller's group, and featuring trombonist Hermann Breuer, who participated in Embryo's 1971 work "Embryo's Rache." Polish saxophonist Leszek Zadlo also guests on the album. It opens with the ethno tune A1, featuring the pleasant sounds of the berimbau, thumb piano, and recorder, followed by A3, where the muted trumpet and trombone unison dance beautifully over a gentle waltz beat. B1 showcases a wonderful combination of slow Latin beats and brass. This hidden masterpiece unfolds groovy yet moody ensemble performances in a combo style. Every track is superb, highly recommended.
A1: I Want My Mon(k)ey
A3: Flowers for Carla
B1: Love Crusade
