Oki Dub Ainu Band “Suma Mukar + Sakhalin Rock”

A 7" single released in 2014 by the critically acclaimed Oki Dub Ainu Band, who have performed at WOMAD and other world music festivals, on the JUZU a.k.a. Moochy's Crosspoint label. The band's distinctive sound and melody is based on the electrified tonkori, a folk string instrument of the Sakhalin Ainu, and their sound production is based on reggae/dub and afro.
