Original soundtrack album for John Schlesinger's 1984 film The Falcon and The Snowman. It features music by the Pat Metheny Group, with vocals by David Bowie on the theme song 'This is not America'. It was produced in 1984, which means that the golden members of the group were Pat Metheny, Lyle Mays, Steve Rodby, Paul Wertico and Pedro Aznar. A2 has a wonderful organic development and a sound make-up reminiscent of the classic 'Are You Going with Me?', while A4 features a beautiful scatting performance by Pedro Aznar. Highly recommended.
