Pirly Zurstrassen Septet, a group consisting of Belgian jazz musicians Erwin Vanslembrouck, Jan De Haas, Jean-Pol Danhier, Steve Houben, Philippe Leblanc, and Jose Bedeur This is the only album left in 1988. Released on the prestigious Igloo label, which has released a wide range of avant-garde works from experimental music to jazz. A2 and A3 have a pleasant, soft sound that depicts emotional landscapes with a pastoral atmosphere, somewhat similar to the Finnish ethno-jazz-rock group Piirpauke. Igaloo is a very unusual label. Highly recommended.
