The 1982 album by Sen Amano, the leader of the taiko drumming group "Wadaiko Amanokai" in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and Katsuaki Sawano, a Tsugaru shamisen player. This Japanese traditional performing arts ensemble features a large group with 23 members from Amanokai and 33 members from the Sawano Company, making a total of 56 performers. The album consists of original compositions by Amano, with the A-side showcasing excellent themes based on Aomori Prefecture's Tsugaru region folk songs such as "Tsugaru Jongara Bushi," "Aiya Bushi," and "Ajigasawa Jinku." The highlight is the three-part suite on the B-side. It was recorded with a 24-channel digital recorder. Sony's state-of-the-art technology at the time was fully utilized in the mastering, cutting, master disc production, and even the vinyl material.
