Sergio Coelhao
Biscateiro de Emocoes
Visom (Brazil) 1986
LPVI 005 (LP)
sleeve : VG+(SRW,Side/Corner Rubbing, Light Stain)
media : EX+/EX+(Some parts may have a slight dust noise)

This is probably the only album left by Brazilian singer/songwriter Sergio Coelhao on the Visom label in 1986. He is not the same person as trombonist Sergio Coelhao. This is an unknown masterpiece of urban mellow AOR with very nice and restrained compositions based on rock, folk, jazz/fusion, and blues. I don't know any of the musicians who participated in this album, but they all played very well, including A3, which sounds like a more urban mellow version of Djavan's classic "Samurai," and the introduction of electric pianos and synthesizers with a clear sound typical of mid-80s work. It's a very pleasant performance. There are many more good minor works like this.

A3: Lembrancas
A4: Companheiro
B3: Mais Que Um Segredo
