This album was introduced in both the first and revised editions of the guidebook 'Obscure Sound.' Released in 1985 by the high-quality Belgian new wave label Crammed Discs, as part of their contemporary/avant-garde series Made to Measure, it is a masterpiece by female vocalist Sussan Deihim and keyboardist Richard Horowitz. The album features abstract beats with hard metal percussion, wet electronic sounds utilizing Emulator and Fairlight CMI, and Sussan Deihim's exotic vocal performances, creating a sandstorm-like avant-garde music experience throughout. The deep, atmospheric sound quality, reminiscent of a caravan moving through a stormy desert, is truly remarkable. It feels like a trip to a distant, foreign land. Every track is outstanding—highly recommended.
