This is a collaboration album by Tiziana Simona, an Italian jazz singer who is one of my personal favorites along with Tiziana Ghiglioni, and and guitarist Riccardo Bianchi. The album features free-form avant-jazz and elegant jazz ballads, but Tiziana Simona's vocals are unquestionably outstanding. The entire album can be enjoyed in its entirety, but I particularly recommend listening to A1, in which she sings with rich emotional expression against the backdrop of acoustic piano, and B2, a deep spiritual ethno jazz reminiscent of the first two albums of Piirpauke, a Scandinavian folk jazz rock band, and Edward Vesala's classic album "Nan Madol". Highly recommended.
A1: Il Nostro Re
B2: Defolk Infolk
