Tony Williams is a jazz drummer from Chicago, USA, who was discovered by Miles Davis and played with the Miles Davis Quintet, Herbie Hancock's V.S.O.P. Band, John Mclaughlin, Gil Evans, and many other groups. This album was released in 1979 and features great lineup including Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clarke, Tom Scott, Cecil Taylor, Jan Hammer, George Benson, Paul Jackson, Michael Brecker, Ralph MacDonald, Brian Auger. A synth solo by Jan Hammer on the groovy jazz funk tune on A2, irregular beat funk tune with Herbie Hancock's synth on A3, each song features the individuality of each of the participating members.
