This is the first album, released in 1978, by Tri Atma, a German ethnic music group led by Indian percussionist Asim Saha, featuring multi-instrumentalist Jens Fischer—who has also produced outstanding solo electronic works—and ethnic instrument player Manfred Flathe. While Tri Atma later evolved into a style that fused electronics and ethnic music, this album showcases an authentic acoustic ensemble using only live instruments, delivering organic ethnic music throughout. Aside from the traditional music arrangements, all the tracks are original compositions by the members, making this album one with a beautifully warm sound.
