Sound Free Sound QX - QX4 channels Demonstrating Record
Columbia (Japan) 1971

This is a demonstration record for 4-channel playback, produced using the non-distortion cutting technology <Master Sonic> developed by Nippon Columbia at the time. Sound of '71 Kohs and The Soundtrack Orchestra, was probably made by members of Columbia's in-house orchestra, but the use of string orchestra, electrics, and synthesizers gave it a very strange feel. If you like the early-mog sound, you should definitely pay attention to this album. The electronic surfing version of the song by Munetaka Inoue and Sharp Five is also psychedelic.
