An album released in 1983 by Yumi Murata, a Japanese female singer who participated in the works of Mariah Project, a group formed by Yasuaki Shimizu in the late 70s and early 80s. Produced by Mariah's Masanori Sasaji, the participating musicians include nice players such as Sasaji, Takayuki Hijikata, Akira Okazawa, and Yuichi Tokashiki, also of Mariah. The album was recorded and mixed by Seigen Ono. The album features a Japanese version of "Kanpoo" (a 12-inch cut), dance tracks absorbing American soul/funk of the time, floating melodious pop songs, and experimental music succeeding the Yasuaki Shimizu-produced 1981 album "Himiko". This is a masterpiece. Highly recommended.
