This was featured in the guidebook OBSCURE SOUND REVISED EDITION. This is the only album released in 1984 by a one-off project that brought together bassist Lars Danielsson and other leading musicians of Sweden's contemporary jazz scene, including Anders Kjelberg (ds), Goran Klinghagen (g, synth), Anders Persson (p, synth), and more. A1 features solid drums with a sharp hi-hat that resonates comfortably and a soft touch of bass that envelops, while floating synthesizers and ethnic voices dance around, and B1 has a beautiful contrast between a supple bossa rhythm, flowing acoustic piano, and cosmic synth pads. The album is a new age crossover jazz album that combines the refined spiritualism reminiscent of Pat Methney with the transparent freshness characteristic of Scandinavia. The delicate sound, like a pleasant breeze blowing through the air, is also superb. A highly recommended album that can only be described as wonderful.
