A solo album released in 1987 by German jazz-rock guitarist Volker Kriegel. The album was released on Mood Records, a label Kriegel co-founded with Wolfgang Dauner and Manfred Schoof. The Stroer Duo, featuring Hans Peter Stroer (bass, synth, piano) and Ernst Stroer (percussion, drums), as well as Eberhard Weber (bass), known for his numerous masterpieces on ECM, contribute to the album, which is also featured in the guidebook Obscure Sound. Highlights include a modal-like jazz fusion track (A2) brimming with tension and intensity, and an organic ethnic jazz piece (B2) where exotic percussion rhythms intertwine with flute and sitar. The exceptional compositions by Hans Peter Stroer are particularly captivating.

A2: Buschtaxi

B2: Bamako
