Brazilian fusion group Raiz De Pedra released this mysterious album on a German private label in 1989. The album features a brassy, spiritual Brazilian crossover sound in the vein of the Pat Metheny Group, with a very sophisticated and beautiful sound that includes a bass that plays melodies like Mark Egan, a perspectival sound of synthesizer pads, a transparent soprano saxophone and flute, and a breezy fusion. The album also includes a technical jazz-rock piece reminiscent of Pierre Moerlen's Gong.
