Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the products. If the return is approved, the item must return to us within 5 days. If 5 days have passed since you received the item and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
About used items
The condition of the item is indicated on the product details page. For this reason, we do not accept returns in principle, except in the case of damage or wrong delivery during shipping. However, this does not apply if the condition of the item is significantly different from the condition we have indicated.
About new items
We do not accept returns in the following cases.
Any item that have been used at least once
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that have been smelled, stained, or scratched by the customer
CD, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Clothes that have been repaired or washed
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

The return shipping costs are borne by us in the case of defective products and by the customer in the case of returns for your own reasons. Please use a traceable service for your return.
