We will hold your order for up to one week from the order date. If you place additional orders, we can hold them for a maximum of two weeks.
■ How to Place a Hold
1. On the product page, click "Add to cart".
※ Please do not click "Buy it now", "Buy with Shop Pay", or "Other payment options".
2. In the [Remarks] field of the shopping cart, enter "Hold request" and click "Proceed to checkout".
※ Please do not click "Shop Pay" or "PayPal".
3. Enter/select the required information and proceed to the
※ If you are already a member and have registered your credit card information, a Shop Pay verification code input screen may appear. In that case, click "✖️" to close the window.
4. Select "Hold" under the "Payment" section.
5. Click "Pay now" to complete your order. Please confirm the details displayed on the screen.
This completes the hold procedure. We will send you a "Payment Information" email after the hold period expires.
※ Shipping fees will be added for each order, but we will provide you with the lowest shipping fee according to the specified size/weight. Free shipping applies to total product purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.

・ If no additional orders are placed within one week from the initial order date, we will send you the "Payment Information" email at that time.
・ If you wish to pay before the hold period expires, please inform us by email or indicate this in the remarks section when placing an additional order.
