Francois Jeanneau, a saxophonist whose "Techniques Douces" (1977) was introduced in the guidebook "Obscure sound - 640 peachy discs"; Denis Barbier, a saxophonist who played on "Strates" (1988) by Jean-Claude Camors, also introduced in "Obscure sound Denis Barbier, a saxophonist who played on Jean-Claude Camors' 1988 album "Strates", also introduced in "obscure sound"; Francois Couturier, a pianist who has done some sessions with Andre Jaume; Mino Cinelu, a drummer, and his brother Patrice Cinelu The album was recorded in 1983 by drummer Mino Cinelu and his brothers Patrice Cinelu (g) and J.Jacques Cinelu (b, perc). This is a minor but high quality album with nice crossover jazz with strong jam session elements, including A1/B2 with light interplay backed by a rhythm section full of Latin feeling. (Chee)
