This is the masterpiece of the Romanian pianist Marius Popp, who has been a member of Mihal Berindei Sextet and has appeared in many festivals in Warsaw, Prague and other Eastern European countries. The quintet consists of Constantiu (cl), Eugen Gondi (dr), Ion Catianis (fl) and Bogdan Cristea (b). With a rhythm section floating in the air like a gently flowing river, the fine acoustic piano sounds shower down like a shower, creating a very cool and beautiful spiritual jazz piece. Bogdan Cristea's electric bass solo is also very cool.
