Pegasus, a Spanish jazz rock group consisting of Max Sunyer (g), Santi Arisa (dr,per), Rafael Escote (b) and Josep Mas Kitflus (p,keys), released this album on their own label in 1986. The album was inspired by "Berlin: Symphony of a Big City," Walter Ruttmann's film adaptation of Carl Mayer's novel, and features finely textured machine rhythms, synth bass lines, and melancholic digital synthesizer phrases. A6, with melancholic phrases of digital synthesizers dancing over finely hammered machine rhythms and synth bass lines, and B6, with mellow bass and flowing electric guitars intertwined with simple rhythms, use a lot of electronics throughout, including synth drums, bass programming, and synthesizers. This is an excellent electronic fusion work that develops the group's quintessential breezy sound to new age. (Chee)

A6: Paranoia
B6: Sons de migdiada
