This album was released in 1984 by Orissa, a group formed by jazz trombonist Shigeharu Mukai, who is still very active today. On the Japanese crossover label Better Days. Features a vibrant Afro-Brazilian sound on A1, a gently swaying Caribbean reggae fusion on A2 and a high-pitched cosmic Afro-fusion on A4. The album is a primal and tropical crossover fusion of African, Caribbean, Latin American and Asian ethnicities. Recommended for all.
