This album, released in 1988 by singer/pianist Tania Maria, who moved to France after releasing her first album from Brazil's Odeon in 1971, is a product of her collaboration with engineer Eric Kressmann, who worked on many of Maria's 1980s projects. The album features support from renowned musicians such as Mark Egan (bass), Airto Moreira (percussion), Steve Gadd (drums), Anthony Jackson (bass), Buddy Williams (drums), and Steve Thornton (percussion). Centered around light and refreshing Brazilian fusion, this breezy album showcases Maria's versatile vocals and scat singing. Recommended.
